Returns and Warranty Policy

At DeskLab Designs, each product is crafted using natural timber and precision-made components. As a result, every piece will have slight variations in colour and grain, making each system unique.

We do not offer returns for change of mind. Please ensure you review product details carefully before purchasing.

All products are fully assembled and inspected prior to dispatch to ensure quality and fit.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, which may include replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

All products are designed for tool-free assembly and normal indoor use. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect handling, or modification is not covered under this policy.
